Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for all attendees, all participants of Bato Summit are expected to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:
- Respect Others: Treat all attendees, speakers, staff, and volunteers with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Inclusive Environment: Foster a welcoming environment regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other personal characteristic.
- Professional Behavior: Participate in the event responsibly. Follow instructions from event staff and respect venue rules and safety guidelines.
- No Harassment: Harassment, intimidation, or abusive behavior including inappropriate comments, unwanted physical contact, or disruptive conduct is strictly prohibited.
- Responsible Use of Technology: Use recording devices, photography, and social media responsibly. Unauthorized recording or sharing of content without consent is prohibited.
- Compliance with Law: Follow all applicable laws and regulations, including health, safety, and intellectual property rules.
Bato Summit reserves the right to remove anyone who violates this Code of Conduct without refund.
