Bato Summit is organized by Bato Oy, business ID: 3563385-2 (hereinafter referred to as “Bato”, “we” or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all use of Bato Oy services, including the event itself, ticket sales, websites, applications, and related digital or on-site services.

By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending Bato Summit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Bato may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective 30 days after publication. Continued use of Bato Summit services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Prices

All prices indicated on the Bato website are in euros (€). VAT amount is 25.5% on services and 13.5% on event tickets.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• All tickets are non-refundable.
• Tickets may be transferred to another person once full payment has been received.
• To request a transfer, please contact hello@batotheroad.com.
• Tickets are for personal or business use only and may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes.
• Any resale or attempted resale may result in immediate cancellation of the ticket without refund.

Terms of Payment

• The Bato online store accepts payments in euros only.
• Payments are processed via Stripe.
• Accepted cards: Visa and Mastercard.
• Online bank transfers are not supported.

Entry to Bato Summit

After purchasing a ticket, attendees will receive a confirmation email containing a unique barcode. This barcode, along with a valid photo ID, is required to collect the event wristband, which grants access to Bato Summit.

Event changes & cancellation

Speakers, topics, schedules, and the event format may be changed if necessary. The organizer is not liable for substitutions or timetable changes. If Bato Summit is canceled due to force majeure, ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket price only. In case of rescheduling, ticket return terms will be communicated separately.

Liability

The organizer is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property. Lost or stolen tickets or wristbands will not be replaced. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee for unacceptable behavior or breach of terms.
